MONTHLY REPORT NOVEMBER 2016
Hello brothers and sisters, God continue blessing you all richly. Thanks God we have been blessed because he allowed to work for Him and being partners with you all to reach the lost. It wasn´t easy this year I personally lost 24 people (relatives, very close friends, teachers from my bible school in the past and students). The joy to know that all of them are in the paradise and waiting no just for me also for you all is making me to know that we will be together again soon. For our students it is a hard time, the environment of party and celebration of this month (December) is not the same.

And it wasn´t because our own strengths, was because your prayers, love and support. Thanks for trust in us, thanks for your support, all the success on this year and past years is thanks God and you all, and together we have glorified our Lord and Savior.

1.We sent for a weekend a team of 6 students to support a church in Masaya (Piedra Quemada) 40 kms from the school) where is working one of our graduated from last year.

2.We sent a team of 6 students for 3 days during the campaign in Fatima Leon to help a congregation in Managua (50 kms from school)

Special Activities:
We have a regional Youth Seminar; we have an attendance of 580 young people, from 40 churches. We have 2 conferences and 8 seminaries from the 10 speakers 6 were BICA graduates and 2 students from 1st year. I will add a short video about the activity. Many people enjoy BICA concepts about evangelism, doctrine and discipleship. After the activity we attend 30 young men and girls (18-28 years old) whose want to be part of BICA.

We have one of our graduated on prison, his name is Freddy Espinoza, we support him to open a new congregation in Diria close to Catarina overlook 35 kms from the school. With his vocational funds he bought tools and developed a wood workshop, some guys came to sell some wood he bought the wood and later the police came and accused him to cut the wood, the guys who sold the wood showed him legal documents about the wood but is was a tricky to close his business. He was declared guilty and received 2 years of prison. He has been suffering and his wife and little son, Bica students have been in charge of the church during all this year. We have been praying and at the beginning because he has a good aptitude and behavior (obviously he is a very good Christian) they decide to validated 1 month on prison equal to 2 months, but today I was visiting him of the prison and he will be free next December 15th. My wife and I were helping his wife and some, the BICA student were helping the church and thanks to Bro. John Hendry and the Guardian Angel Program funds we provided the milk, medicines and food during the time that Freddy has been on prison. Francela one of our graduated were really sick and on risk to die, thanks to Guardian Angel Program we give medical attention and did all the tests CAT-Scan, blood tests, X-rays, etc and she is recovering. She had a bacteria (H.Pylory ) with serious damage in her stomach and esophagus. Guardian Angel is a program that is funding by brother John Hendry and some members from McDermont Road to cover some special needs that our regular budget can´t cover, the board and bro. George Hall already know about this fund. Also we attend 4 students with dental problems. They feel much better, no pain no infection. The mother of one our student die, we visited the day before with brother Hendry and pray for her, she was in a really bad shape she suffered and stroke, we help the family with dome funds for funeral.

Personal Work:
1. I was preaching in the campaign in Las Mercedes Managua 3 days. (November 27th ,28th and 29th) B:4 R:6
2. I was preaching 2 conference and teaching one seminar on Rio Bravo, Suchitepequez, Guatemala October 31st-November 1st B:4 R:6
3. I was given medical attention to 8 students of BICA- Guatemala.
4. I was teaching 2 times in my local church and preach 3 times.
5. We developed a Program simultaneously in 19 cities of the south of Nicaragua preaching and praying for people needs. We start at 5am we finished at 7pm. Many people heard about Jesus. We were supported by our graduated.
